What are the odds?

I asked a friend a question about probability today, and I did a pretty bad job of phrasing the question because I was trying to sort of paraphrase and not get into the math of it - the question was like "do you know how to figure that out?"

I wanted to make special note of her reply. It's awesome:

Stephanie: I don't understand the question. Could you ask it more mathy please?

What are the odds I'll find myself a woman who prefers the more mathy version?
