Hispanican?

This conversation really happened today:

Lady I Know: "Seth, do you know if this last name is Jewish or not?"

Seth: "I've never heard that name before. It kinda sounds Hispanic to me, maybe Spanish."

LIK: "Her name is Deborah. She looks Jewish to me."

S: "Deborah is a Jewish sounding name. The last name would be her husband's though..."

LIK: "Yeah, maybe she married someone Hispanican."
